Typeline Support

Email [email protected]. It helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened.

How do I remove the watermark?

The small watermark only appears on free exports. Typeline Pro removes it; exports after you upgrade have no watermark.

I closed the app mid-edit

Your edit is saved as a draft. Tap Continue editing on the home screen.

Restore a purchase

Open Typeline, go to Settings (or the subscription screen) and tap Restore purchases (or Restore on the subscription screen). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

Cancel or change a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Typeline. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
