Email [email protected]. It helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened.

How do I save a recipe from TikTok, Instagram or a website?

Tap Share in that app and choose Spoonmark. If you don't see it, scroll the app row to the end, tap More, and turn Spoonmark on.

A recipe imported with missing parts

Some sites hide the recipe behind scripts or logins. Open the recipe in Spoonmark, tap Edit, and fill in or fix anything that's missing. Tell us the link and we'll try to improve the importer.

Restore a purchase

Open Spoonmark, go to Settings (or the subscription screen) and tap Restore purchases (or Restore on the subscription screen). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

Cancel or change a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Spoonmark. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
