Email [email protected]. It helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened.

How do I export my journal?

Open Stats and scroll to Your data: export the journal as CSV or PDF, or your shelf and wishlist as CSV. You can save it to Files or send it anywhere.

Restore a purchase

Open Dram Shelf, go to Settings (or the subscription screen) and tap Restore purchases (or Restore on the subscription screen). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

Cancel or change a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dram Shelf. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Everything you create stays on your iPhone. See the privacy policy.
